I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with full practice authority. I am the Founder and CEO of Metaro Integrated Care, PLLC, and brings over 20 years of healthcare experience providing high-quality, integrated primary care and mental health services to diverse populations.

I am deeply committed to whole-person, patient-centered care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being. My clinical approach emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and culturally responsive care, with a strong focus on the working women managing Anxiety, Depression, and other mental and physical health concerns. You are the woman everyone depends on—the professional, caregiver, partner, mother, the one who keeps everything moving. You manage responsibilities, meet deadlines, care for others, and appear strong, even when you are overwhelmed. My treatment approach recognizes that emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, and daily responsibilities are deeply connected.
